What Data We Collect
GS Tracker collects the following information as entered by troop leaders and parents:
- Girl names, birthdays, grades, and allergy information
- Guardian/parent names, phone numbers, and email addresses
- Badge progress and meeting attendance records
- Dues payment records
- Troop financial transactions
- User account information (name and email)
Who Can Access Your Data
Data is accessible only to troop leaders and linked parents who have been invited to the troop. Access is controlled through role-based permissions (leader or parent roles).
Data Retention
Troop leaders control data retention. Leaders can add, edit, and delete girl records, meeting records, and all associated data at any time using the tools provided in the application.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or distribute any data to third parties. Your troop data stays within your troop.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
GS Tracker does not collect data directly from children. All information about girls is entered by troop leaders or parents/guardians. Children do not have accounts or direct access to the system.
Right to Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by using the in-app deletion tools or by contacting us at gstracker@cmyers.org.
